We want you to love your Yasmina products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our return and refund policy is as follows:

1. Eligibility

- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

- Opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

2. Process

- Contact us at support@example.com or +971 55 492 1718 to request a return.

- Once approved, you may return the product to our Sharjah address.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the returned product is inspected.
